Many organizations support Crater Lake National Park.  We each support one another’s efforts which in turn support Crater Lake National Park and make it an amazing place to visit.

The Crater Lake National Park Trust works to help protect, promote, and enhance Crater Lake National Park, its unique water purity, and its value for human inspiration and knowledge. We envision a future in which Crater Lake National Park is widely recognized as an Oregon icon and a national treasure; in which the Park serves as a thriving laboratory and classroom; and in which every visitor to the park feels a deep connection and love for Crater Lake.

The Crater Lake Natural History Association is a non-profit organization, established for the benefit of Crater Lake National Park and Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve under a memorandum of understanding with the National Park Service.   The mission of Crater Lake and Oregon Caves Natural History Association is to be an active partner with the National Park Service to inspire public understanding and foster preservation of natural and cultural resources at Crater Lake National Park and the Oregon Caves National Monument.

The Friends of Crater Lake National Park is a non-profit volunteer group. Since 1993, they have partnered with National Park Staff to care for Crater Lake National Park and its visitors. Members reside in many locations across the states, volunteering their time and passion for the outdoors year-round. Trail maintenance, native plant care, festivals, Ride the Rim, visitor guidance, snow shoe tours: there is always a way for anyone to get involved and become a member.
